I mostly bought this to sleep better at night, migraines and my anxiety, it’s worked well on my sleeping and anxiety but not sure yet on my migraines. Overall I like the very small high it gives me, not a stupid high where I’m not able to continue with my daily routine, and doesn’t make me paranoid. Big fan.
